Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

OPAYA subscriptions are billed in USD. Free: $0. Pro: $19 monthly or $180 annually. Fleet: $49 monthly or $468 annually. Applicable tax may be added at checkout. No one-time or lifetime license is offered.

14-day Pro trial

Where available, Pro includes a 14-day trial without a card. Without adding a payment method and affirmatively authorizing a paid subscription, trial expiry does not produce a subscription charge.

First purchase refunds

A full refund is available for the first paid OPAYA subscription purchase when requested within 14 calendar days of that charge. Email support@opaya.dev with your account email and purchase date. Do not send card numbers. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; the payment provider controls processing time.

Renewals and cancellations

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. To cancel, sign in to your OPAYA account and use Manage billing, or contact support@opaya.dev for assistance. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next scheduled charge. Paid access normally remains active through the end of the already-paid period. Removing the app does not cancel billing.

Renewal refunds and legal rights

Renewals and later subscription periods are ordinarily nonrefundable unless required by applicable law or a billing error occurred. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Contact us promptly to investigate incorrect charges.
